A fee of £30 is payable. You’ll need a debit or credit card to pay online.

You'll need a recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months). You can upload a digital photograph if you have one. Some users find this easier on a mobile device with a camera.

You may need a medical report from your doctor for some vocational licence categories, or if have you have any medical conditions.

You can also apply for a licence by completing an application form which is available from your parish hall.
